I had a messy situation that I was extremely stressed about with my truck. When I stopped over there to inquire about if they’d take the job, there was not a hint of hesitation. They were willing, kind and compassionate towards me. That is truly a big deal for me and so, I am extremely pumped on action auto. Not to mention reasonably priced to boot.

Excellent work at a fair price, also and most importantly HONEST- called me when I was prepared to have a 1700.00 bill that they were able to tackle and solve my issue for around 500 bucks, and gave me a loaner vehicle to get back and forth to work. Thank you so much guys

This place practices the lost art of exceptional customer service! I stopped in this afternoon as I was passing through the neighborhood when my tire light came on. I saw that my rear tire was losing air. Although a very busy shop, Clint stopped what he was doing to help me out. He repaired my tire and 10 minutes later I was on my way. Great guy and awesome family-owned business. I'll be back!

Spent forever searching for a decent auto place as a transplant to the twin cities. Settled on action auto with their good reviews and they more than exceed expectations. Got my car in the same week, got a free loaner for the time my car was in the shop. The mechanics were very communicative about the issues and how that impacted the car/what was essential and what was not. They also found another issue after they started work and only added the cost of parts onto the total charge. Very fair pricing for what they did. I would recommend action auto to anyone in need of a good mechanic
