Jason was amazing and helped diagnose and fix our problem quickly! He was honest, dependable, and on time. After completing our repair, he gave us a couple recommendations but never tried to upsell us on unnecessary repairs. He even test drove the car after to be sure there were no other problems. Jason was super helpful. I called him the other day for a situation regarding my alternator that ultimately led to me deciding I need to get the work done at a dealership, because I was still warranty. But even still, Jason was very helpful in coaching me on how to speak with the dealership about the warranty. And all of this without even earning my business. It speaks to the level of professionalism and knowledge that he has, and I would definitely trust him for any repairs moving forward. I will be calling him next time I have an issue with my car.

Jason was incredibly professional and helpful. We reached out to him about a problem with our brand new Genesis, and while the dealership told us we’d have to wait a month just to get it looked at, Jason offered to come by the very next day. We sent him a video of the sound the car was making, and he quickly diagnosed the issue and gave us a solution. I have to share my experiences here to show my appreciation to Jason and Matt's service. We had arranged to get my cars rotor and pads replaced and everything went fine first but due to a mistake I made (forgot the washers for the caliber bolt), they actually took the time and custom handmade me washers off their spare parts. It really demonstrated their professionalism and knowledge on the vehicles. These two young men deserve more business because the customers will be happy customers like me.
