I have been going to true auto for a number of years! I have also sent my son's there. Unfortunately in this day and age it's hard to find really honest people. I had my Nissan towed over from Walmart it had a really bad oil leak! When I got it over to true auto they told me it my just be the oil cooler o rings. And if that was the case it would be $400.00 less than worse case. I told them to go ahead and do the work I trusted them. They could have told me that they had to do more and charged me I had already given them the ok! Ps: I highly recommend them!

Took a car there many years ago when I met the owner David and the service and value was great. Several years passed before I needed a mechanic on anything again and I met Shae Wertz this time. Most of the minor stuff and even some fairly major things I take care of myself but this time I needed an A/C system replacement and front end work (Ball Joints, Control Arms, etc.) neither job being something I wanted to deal with so I took it to True Auto. Shae was great ... estimated the cost and time and came in spot on with both. Very satisfied with the work they did and since I am quite knowledgeable about it know that what they charged was very reasonable for the time and parts involved.
