Action Rent-To-Own

The worst rental car!!!! First, they refused to honor the third-party full protection coverage that I had already purchased. They insisted that I pay additional protection directly to them. When I tried to resolve the issue, I contacted the third-party provider and asked them to call the rental office, but their customer service closes early on Sundays and no one at the rental office picked up the phone. I ended up wasting several hours trying to resolve this without any progress. Because of this, I was forced to pay about $60 extra per day for coverage that I had already paid for. There were additional problems as well: I had already paid for a second driver, but the rental desk tried to charge me again. Do not use this company. They will take your deposit money and not answer the phone to make payments and come take your car. The lady in charge is rude and extremely disrespectful. They gave my daughter a car full of roaches.
