I originally came in for routine maintenance, but the team at Acura of North Austin went above and beyond by catching a few issues before they turned into something bigger. They accommodated me in every way possible and truly made me feel like a priority throughout the entire process. David, Jim, Jose, and the rest of the team were incredibly helpful and communicative. When an issue arose again after I picked up my vehicle, David responded quickly — even after hours — to make sure everything was taken care of. That level of responsiveness and care really meant a lot. The only challenges I experienced were with insurance and towing logistics, but the service team handled that swiftly and professionally — they even made the trip to Waco to pick up my car. My friends kept asking why I wasn’

I had a very disappointing experience at this service center. From the start, the technician refused to listen to my concerns. I clearly requested an alignment, but they performed a balance instead and talked over me every time I tried to explain the issue. They also replaced my steering column and returned the car with the steering wheel installed crooked. I ended up taking my car to another dealership in the same city, and they immediately understood the problem, treated me with respect, and fixed everything correctly. The difference in professionalism was huge. Also they recommended me service totaling $1500 for a car that is almost new. No one replaces transmission fluids at 17k miles or brakes at the same price. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this service center.

You see this half rusted bolt (banana for size comparison)? After going in for a tire rotation, Acura of North Austin told me there was no way to get this bolt off, that they needed to replace my entire wheel assembly instead for a mere $3200. Oh, and my wheels were making a crunching sound after the tire rotation that they just couldn’t diagnose… After saying I needed a second opinion, the service manager even called me to essentially say “it’s impossible to remove a rusted bolt. If you find a someone who can do it, I’d sure love to learn how they did it.” I’m not a mechanic, but in 2025, I don’t believe we can’t find a solution to remove a rusted bolt. I took it to Austin’s Automotive, they replaced the bolt, fixed the wheel crunching sound, and I saved thousands of dollars. I grew up

As a certified Ferrari/Lamborghini technician, I am completely blown away by the negligence of dealerships in modern times. I brought in my brand new Acura tlx type s for a basic oil change.(2nd service of the vehicle and first at this dealer)After a week of the vehicle sitting at the dealership untouched, I get it back with the oil drain plug completely loose. How can I trust a dealership with my 50+k car when the most basic service can't even be done correctly. This should never ever happen with competent technicians. Shameful and embarrassing

Bewared!! I have been going here for two years, I just found out. They have lied to me about my cabin filter on my brakes fuel! Just change my filter 30 minutes before I took the car into their shop. They send me someone else dirty air filter, saying I need a new filter. I talk to the manager and he see it for his self and was not happy about his worker. The picture of the brake fuel was not mine. Also, I have proof I will never go back to this place.
