I had an AMAZING experience 2/19/26 at Valley Stream Acura all do to one person who was Ms. Courtney Jackson. Ms. Jackson was a true professional who was patient, caring, attentive, and most importantly knowledgeable about the services that I needed and future options for me to follow up on. She was very calm, poised, and went out of her way to make sure not just Me but other customers enjoyed their experience while waiting to be seen. To be treated in such high regard and given the opportunity to express your frustration when things might not be going right with your vehicle is a lost art. I had an amazing customer service with Siggy Vargas. From the moment I arrived, he was welcoming, professional, and attentive. He took the time to explain the work being done and kept me updated throughout the process. What really stood out was their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction. Scheduling was easy, the waiting area was comfortable, and since my car needed extra days, he provided me with a loaner which i must add was a new RDX which gave me the experience of driving a fancy new version of the one I have. the turnaround time was faster than expected. I left feeling confident that my vehicle was in great hands. I highly recommend Acura’s service team to anyone looking for reliable, trustworthy, and top‑quality care for their car.

I bought my 2022 Acura ILX from Acura of Valley Stream on Sunrise Highway December 28, 2021. I love this car. It’s my first new car ever. I only take it to Acura Service Center, 700 West Merrick Road. The employees there are always so friendly and helpful. They totally understand that I’m so fussy and anxious with my car. They take good care of it. They cover the interior before they bring it to the shop. The shop is immaculately clean, and the mechanics with gloves and dressed so neatly. I used to have my car serviced by Joseph, who is no longer employed there. He moved on but now I use the mechanic Danny who is incredible. He takes good care of my car and knows how fussy I am with it. He works on it very, very neatly and make sure my car is checked out thoroughly. He allows me to come i

nfortunately, I didn’t have a great experience — here’s why. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and communication was easy and pleasant. The oil change was also done quickly, which I appreciated. But unfortunately, that’s where the positives ended. I don’t have much experience with service centers — this was only my second visit to an Acura service location. The waiting area inside was dirty and unkempt, which didn’t reflect the image of a premium automotive brand. They also gave me a voucher for a free exterior car wash at one of their partner locations, but the line there was so long I decided not to wait. Overall, I wasn’t satisfied. I went there mainly because it’s close to where I currently live, but I won’t be going back. I’d rather spend an extra hour driving to the other serv
