Adams Automotive & Towing

Bought a car from carmax and had an issue with the car, went through the Repair Pal process with carmax and they sent me to Vista towing, Vista towing is amazing, great people and great service, thank for fixing my little Fiat. Repair Pal was supposed to send me a link for a review but they never did.

My son (20) was in a collision with a rock in the middle of the road late at night in fallbrook California. His car alerted the CHP of the accident as he was out of cell service range. A CHP officer shows up and disregards my sons request to call a tow truck company through our insurance. Adams towing shows up and doesn't even speak to my son about where to tow the car. They immediately tow it to their shop and now want to charge my son $1100 to get his vehicle out of impound. It NEVER should have went there in the first place. Adams has no record of the cop that called for the tow. ChP also doesn't have a record of the incident nor the tow request. Adams offered my son a measly $500 for him to surrender his car to them (a 2013 BMW328i). It can be repaired which they state on their webs

They came to my apartment complex during daylight and stole my car and my parking pass. Management had a video and thats the only reason why I know who stole my car. Then they had theoddasity to ask me to go and pick my car up. When they brought it back they had no answer on why they towed my car and targeted only me. I missed my doctors appointment and you know towing a car without putting it in neutral tears your car up. The stress alone of not knowing where my car went was messed up. They couldn't even apologize. How are they still in business? One more thing when I asked her to compensate me she told me she did by returning my car!!??? I just bought the car yesterday, wow. Rude is an understatement!!!!!

I just want to thank Bob for going above and beyond on behalf of my son in a medical situation by retrieving his phone and bringing it to the hospital in order for him to access his Dexcom. Not many people would take time out of their busy schedules to help others and we truly appreciate his kindness!

Adam’s towing is predatory. I would be ashamed to work there. I was parked in front of my garage for 15 minutes while installing a baby car seat. Went into my house for 15 minutes to take my child inside and my car was gone. I would not trust the company or its drivers for any business.
