My experience was wonderful! Kenny Hickman my service rep met me at the garage door and took care of everything. He was gracious and kind. As a senior citizen, these things are important to me. So, thank-you GM and Adams Chevrolet!

Excellent job in a timely manner
The service department there is 5 Star. "Kenny," in the service department was very professional and courteous. Although the Service department was really busy, he made me feel like i was the only cusromer there. He kept me informed of the repairs needed on my car prior to fixing it. My experience at Adams Chevrolet in Havre de Grace has "Always" been 5 star. I recommend anyone to take there vehicles there for a very satisfying experience.
I never took my car to a dealer for service or repairs. My experience has always been that dealers would over charge and over sell. That has changed since I have had a relationship with Adam's Cheverolet. My experience has been that they are honest, helpful, knowledgeable and very fair with their service fees. Thumbs up for Adam's Chevrolet.
