This team was INCREDIBLE. I booked a last minute appointment at midnight the night before due to an accident, we are moving to SC and they immediately told me they’d help as quickly but efficiently as possible. Rachel kept me constantly updated and answered all questions I had about my car and pick up timing. The car looks brand new and like my husband had never hit a deer. Absolutely an amazing company to work for. Also Jessie at the front desk was SO sweet, so good at her job, and so comforting!! I will return if I need work again. They also got all work done with in 3 weeks, I was blown away!

Very seldomly will you find an auto shop that has premier hospitality followed by repair work because it's usually one or the other. Every team member at Caliber will help you in any shape or form as long as you show the respect back. My work truck was hit by a dart bus in Delaware. The service center in Newark towed my car here. From beginning to end Travis and Steve kept us abreast of what was taken place. My insurance company caused several delays throughout the process. As you can imagine, this can be frustrating. These guys still went over and beyond to make me happy with the outcome. I can express my gratitude enough. The vehicle looks almost new. They also educated me on what may have been an issue prior to my accident, that my husband and I were unaware of. This was helpful because we’ve been dealing with the same dealership for years and clearly these things weren’t advised when we purchased the truck. I had a dent on my rear drivers side door, after caliber had my jeep for only 1 week, all repairs have been made and my jeep looks good as new! The paint matches perfectly, and I couldn’t be happier! Aside from the back of house doing exceptional work, the customer service was out standing as well! 10/10, totally recommend!

I am very satisfied with the repairs to my vehicle. They were very responsive and had open communication the whole time. The completion date for my vehicle kept getting pushed back but that was out of Caliber Collision's control because parts came in damaged that they needed to reorder.
