We had a wonderful experience with Addison Autoplex. Jose was an excellent salesman—knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely great to work with. The facilities were clean, comfortable, and very welcoming. After fixing a headlight that was out, the owner personally drove the vehicle to us the very next day—about a 1.5-hour drive—filled it up with gas, and even gave us $20 to cover any tolls along the way. That level of service truly went above and beyond. Overall, a fantastic experience with wonderful people. Highly recommend!

I have been looking for my exact dream car for several years now, and was able to find it at Addison AutoPlex! I live in Minnesota, and was hesitant about purchasing a vehicle on the other side of the country. Enrique was a fantastic salesman in helping me navigate everything. Saw a vehicle that liked a lot and test drove it couple times to make sure that was vehicle for me. Jose was very pleasant to work with during the process but, unfortunately we could not come to a mutual agreement on the price that I am willing to pay. Our last conversation was shocking to be honest and I provided the final offer. I was told I wasn’t even charged for the bumpers that were replaced by the company and not of a request I asked for. I will it be charged for something I don’t even know was done from the initial test drive. That was a sneaky tactic and not appreciated at all. It’s unfortunate we could not do business together.

I had a great experience buying a used 2018 BMW 540i from Addison Autoplex. I worked with Enrique Ayala, who was easy to communicate with, answered all of my questions, and scheduled a test drive the same day I called. He even let me take the car to my own BMW mechanic for an inspection, which I really appreciated. The car was super clean and had no mechanical issues—my mechanic gave it a thumbs up. The pricing was very fair, and the entire process felt straightforward and low-pressure.
