My husband & I come to Direct Drive. Lisa & Tommy are very good & friendly. They are soooo helpful in getting to the root of your problem. They get things done in a timely manner. We take both our vehicles here. We have been coming here for years. No problems at all. Nothing they could not fix or try to fix. 😃👍🌟

The auto shop that I used to go to closed because the owner retired. So I started to go here. I have very good experience with this shop and worked with John every time I visit. He is such a pleasure to work with and is very honest with his price. If you want local mechanic I highly recommend this auto shop.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. THEY PUT MY ELDERLY DADS LOCKING HUBCAP ON WRONG WITH THE TIRE STEM COVERED BY THE HUBCAP. THAN THEY OVERTIGHTENED THE HUBCAP. I CALLED TO LET THE OWNER KNOW AND HE HAD THE BIGGEST UNPROFESSIONAL ATTITUDE WITH ME AND HUNG UP ON ME. STAY AWAY.

I bought in my father’s Chevy Aveo in to Admiral. I was told to come back another day. I came in the day I was told to and the tech John was on vacation and my dad’s Chevy Aveo was not fixed. The staff wasn’t professional at all to me. I recommend the dealer or a chain for tire repair. Eventually we donated my dad’s Chevy Aveo.

I use them for repairs and pm for few years. So far good service pricing and quality. Thats rare today. Can recomend with no hesitation.
