👨‍🔧 J & E Auto service, let me first tell you how Javier and his teammate took me in with no appointment no hassle and no hidden scams of prices, I told him what I needed to get done and these guys got it done in 25 minutes what a good time saving when you have to do something right away. 💲Give me a fair price 💵for what I needed that day, and on top of all the work that they had to do that day they were kind and polite and very experienced in the work that they do. I can’t rate the quality of work because nothing got done. But what did happen was a bunch of LIES, INCONSIDERATION, NON ACKNOWLEDGEMENT, RACIAL BIAS, INFERIOR TREATMENT, & to top it off the blatant subliminal message of letting me know my vehicle WOULDN’T BE SERVICED by moving it away from where they do the serving - - FAR AWAY AT THAT! Close to the street as if IT WAS FOR SALE!!! The AUDACITY!! And dude who moved it, asked for the keys like he was moving to start on it. But moved my vehicle to the opposite end of the establishment. I watched about 5 different men come and get their vehicles serviced WITH NO APPOINTMENT, which I HAD WITH JAVIER! WHO WAS NO SHOW! This man wasn’t even COURTEOUS enough to contact the folks at the shop and tell them to tell me ANTHING! I was told at

Hit some metal debris on GSParkway at night in the left lane. It punctured the gas tank and had to make an emergency stop in the shoulder. Found this shop nearby for the tow truck to drop it off. Called them the next morning, they fixed it THE SAME DAY and for a reasonable price. If you’re ever stranded nearby I absolutely recommend!

After my car broke down on the NJTP and was dropped off by AAA in Woodbridge, J&E helped arrange affordable towing to their shop where they fixed my car’s broken and axle and ball joints. I was stranded hours from my home and the owner prioritized the repair of my car to get me on the road that evening. Honest, fair, and extremely helpful!
