Sam and Mell gave me the best price in town. I went to five different insurance offices from different companies, and Adriana’s was by far the best. The manager, Sam, came by to check on me after Mell finished my paperwork, which really showed great customer care. Hands down one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had. I 100% recommend them.

I’ve been struggling so much to find an insurance for my new car. Especially as a first time driver prices are super high but Adriana’s Insurance was the best for me after weeks of looking. The person who assisted me was super kind and helpful with all of my questions and even when above and beyond to explain the terminology I wasn’t understanding. If there was a possibility for negative stars, I would give that. The bottom line is that when I took the policy out with them, I was quoted $262 for the down payment (broker fees really) and my first months payment. I did this on January 16th. Around the 1st of February, I got a notice from the carrier that my payment was due on February 4th. This was not right, because nothing in the papers I signed did it say anything about making the first payment in 18 days. When I tried to contact the office on Lincoln via the text number they had communicated with me on(after taking out the policy they asked if I could give them a good rating and sent me a link) regarding my policy, I got no response on the 2nd or 3rd of February. My insurance had expired & Mell found a great deal for my car insurance on 4 cars. She gave exceptional customer service. I felt so bad because we were playing phone tag but she was very understanding & we were able to process through text messages. If you’re looking for assistance ask for Mell!
