I entrusted my 22 GMC Yukon/Denali which had been rear ended to Richard, I believe the shop foreman. A friendly, knowledgeable professional and very easy person to speak with. He looked at the damage indicating and naming all the parts and assuring me the truck would be repaired appropriately. The results ended in perfect perfection. I brought my vehicle to Advanced Autobody after Walnut Creek Dodge failed to complete the repair on my 2016 Dodge Challenger after a year and four months at the dealership. My initial contact with Rich from Advanced seemed promising. He was able to diagnose the wind noise coming into the cockpit of the vehicle, he was able to diagnose the SXM radio failure, and he was able to figure out my rear defroster problem and sunglass holder issue. The estimate occurred on June 28, 2025, and I picked up the vehicle on August 6, 2025 after the repairs were completed. Renee and her team at Advance Auto Body did a fantastic job on my repairs due to an accident. With the special paint, and a recommendation from the dealership, I wouldn’t trust anyone else. She completed the work when promised and the car looks and drives amazing. And Renee handled all the insurance back and forth. I had no idea and am very happy I had Renee in my corner to make sure my car was restored to the condition before the accident. Highly recommended.
