Chris has been wrenching on my cars for years. He is very knowledgeable. He does a great job. His prices are reasonable and most importantly Chris can be trusted. You have found your auto repair shop for life.

We were from Washington State on a long road trip and our transmission started not shifting past 2nd gear and we took it in and they figured out the source of the problem which was the computer and thankfully not the transmission. They got us fixed up and repaired in a timely manner and got us on our way. Chris was super knowledgeable and helpful throughout the whole process. We highly recommend BT Auto!

Chris is solid mechanic, he knows his vehicles. I highly recommend his service, Hopefully I do not have any more issues with my older car, but, if and or when I do I would not hesitate to get his opinion and his quality of work customer service. He is on point to me, great, fantastic mechanic... very reliable.

I can't say good enough things about big Chris and his work. I met him by chance, as my car lost power right before the Pacheco exit heading north on the 680. I coasted off at the exit and barely got into his parking lot, and serendipitously he was there and came out as I was testing my battery. He does great work at an amazing price. Even though changing out my alternator sounds like it took longer than he had estimated, he stuck with his original quote. It's a rare gem when you find someone that sticks with what they quote you, instead of trying to bleed you dry. When you try and find someone to work on your car, you need someone that you can trust to not only do a great job on your car but to also the fair in pricing. You'll find that here.
