I came to this store because my car was having a problem with the battery. Since I purchased the battery about 2 years ago in a different store, I decided to stop by this store to check it out before I buy a new one. At the entrance, there was a note saying that due to short staff, we will not be able to do any free service. Sorry for the inconvenience, Management! I went inside and asked if it was possible to check my battery li. Hehe he said that he was not able to leave the store because a couple of people called out. Andre and Chad saved me from being stuck at a friends over night, I ordered rotors from another retailer by me last week and I received the wrong rotors.. so when I went to install them they were too big. Andre and Chad were both there and worked together to get me in and out with no trouble. 10/10 would go back. THANKS AGAIN GUYS!!

For context, I live about an hour and a half away and work in Aberdeen. Today I had the unfortunate luck of my alternator pulley snapping off my alternator. I saw this shop had a replacement part in stock. Daniel Ruppert went above and beyond helping make this as easy as possible. He knew I was racing to beat the heat and impending thunderstorms so I could make it home. He brought me water to help with the heat, helped find me any loaner tool I needed, and even hooked me up with a poncho from his own vehicle when the rain started. You could tell that he truly wanted to help and felt bad that he couldn't do more as it was only him manning the counter today. Hopefully I dont have any problems any time soon, but if I do I would definitely feel comfortable shopping here again

I had to have my wiper blades replaced and Joe of Advance Auto Parts of Aberdeen, Maryland was very eager to help me and install them for me.
