The manager, Kassim, was extremely rude and unprofessional. His lackadaisical attitude made me consider leaving multiple times. Then I wasted half hour of my time because he sold me the wrong type of wiper blades for my car and sent someone else out to attach them, wasting my time and his time. When he finally comes out he casually goes “this is not the right one” as if he’s not the one that failed to double check. Then he tells someone else to find a different set and just walks out. Btw the cashier complained that the manager never restocks on wiper blades they need. Overall a very unprofessional and unwelcoming environment. Waste of my time and energy. Wouldn’t recommend anyone come here even if it’s an emergency.

Excellent service reliable store. Broadway Amityville NY. I am returning customer. Die hard platinum battery replaced after 4 years ( was 3 year warranty ) of no issue, still going on but I put similar new one for peace of mind as winter approaches. New battery comes with 4 year warranty now . They install battery for free. All friendly team members, Jeff, Rocky, Romello. Reccomended to all. Thanks..!!

It's a great store as they have everything you need. Staff is very helpful. Jermaine really went out of his way to take care of my problem with the side view mirror.

Grace and Josh came through with quality support from start to finish. They heard me out first and foremost and handled my concerns leading to me walking out, completely satisfied with the results. A+ service not just from those two, but the “entire advanced auto parts team” currently in-house. they deserve credit too for making the efforts. One guy even acknowledged his mistake and called me right back to own up to it and make good. What more can you ask for?.

This place sucks don't shop here very rude and bought a car battery had it for a couple hours but realized I didn't need it they wouldn't take it back it still was new had in car ten minutes. Save time and energy shop at auto zone cheaper and better service
