I knew I needed a headlight bulb and also wanted a headlight glass cleaner. The gentleman who helped me was extremely helpful and knew exactly what I wanted. He gave me a couple of options to choose from, which I appreciated. Very happy with my experience.
The guys are very helpful even when short staffed. Knowledgeable and friendly.
I bought a battery from Advance Auto Parts just three months ago, and it already went bad. When I went back to claim the warranty, they refused. What hurts me the most is that I have been a customer, and this is how they treat me. The person who “helped” me was rude, unprofessional, chewing gum like a dog, speaking with an arrogant tone, and even smelling awful. A business that sells faulty products and treats loyal customers this way should be ashamed.
Very knowledgeable, friendly and the price was great
Helpful employees. Ran my codes and gave ideas to help diagnose the issue with my vehicle.
