Best customer service I have ever experienced in an auto parts store. Took a defective battery back and they came out to the parking lot and replaced it immediately. No big fuss, just got on it and made the exchange. I will be coming to this store more often.

Bought an alternator in August and it broke six months later. It happens. I brought the part back and they tested it , and switched it out no problem. No questions, no Hassel. Just good service.

The employees are always very helpful. I w et in to get a diagnostic check on my vehicle add another parts store and they only told me what was wrong and did not print it off for me. Advanced Auto Parts printed off the code errors and sent me home with several sheets to research what I needed to repair my vehicle. That was most appreciated I continue to have my support since that day

I Have been denied a refund for faulty parts because I can not find the paper receipt even though all of my info is in their system and employees told me that if there were any issues with the parts a paper receipt would not be necessary. Now I am stuck with unusable parts for a customers vehicle and Out of pocket Money gone.

I just spoke to Don there over the phone to help me to find a car cover for my GMC TERRAIN. He went above and beyond to help me, going back and forth to check on the sizes, and found one for me. 🤗 I bought beautiful seat covers there a couple of months back and the two ladies there helped me a lot as well. Even put the seat covers on for me. I want to thank y'all for your excellent!! Customer service. And Thank you Don for helping me to find the proper car cover.
