This location looks so rundown and old. The lighting is dark and yellowed, flooring is pretty damaged, etc. Staff was able to get us product to fit our needs, but what we actually came in for was either out of stock or not sold from that location. Definitely prefer Albion location, but Batavia works if you’re in a pinch like we were.
I was in a bind to get a battery installed in my sons Jeep. Shane and Woody were amazing - they went above and beyond to help me out. Really refreshing to deal with such kind, knowledgeable people who really went above and beyond to help us out. Kudos to you Shane and Woody! Well done! And, thank you!!!
This isn't a bad Advance Auto Parts. Friendly, helpful staff, decent prices and stocked well. I frequent this Batavia, NY location with my Husband for all our auto needs.
Women on phone was rude not willingly help the correct part. Was told come in and look through inventory myself… thanks to down the road the day was saved. Do not recommend
Excellent employees and Great Service. They All know the products they sell and how to get the correct ones
