Advanced Auto people seem to be too busy doing other things to help you. And not very friendly, they pointed to tell you to go get things. Maybe both people were having a bad day or just busy, but I won't go back unless absolutely necessary.

Great customer service. There always willing to help me find thinks. Very knowledgeable staff.

I was greatly disappointed after ordering radiator hoses , the bottom had a T connection as it had a total of three hoses . The workmanship was so poorly crimped together , It should have never passed inspection. I pointed out my concerns to the counter person , he said that it was alright even though it wasn't and that , that hose was the only one at the wearhouse . After spending well over $350.00 bucks I left walking out the door thinking of some very derogative words . Needless to say I went to a different location , and the counter person agreed with me and ordered another one . I have to go back to the Columbia location to pick up the rest of my order , but after that I'm done with Advance Auto Parts .
