Belton advanced WORST store ive been too, all the staff there are always in a bad mood an never have literally any items in stock what happened to your standards?? also the short lady there gosh i hate having togo when she is there always has something sassy to say, an the 2 younger guys lazy all i can say you definitely need new staff look at y'all's reviews!!

been there lot this month an every time they dont have anything in stock this new staff is really lazy an always on there phones ,just there vibe alone when you walk in you can tell they dont want to be there, especially the little short Lady she is the worst always comes off rude an smart elky i don't recommend this location in Belton,hire better workers with knowledge advantage in Belton your standards in workers lately 2-10

Parts are always out of stock especially the less expensive ones. They only kept one if any or two at most of anything for any car. And it's always that two most expensive ones they sell too. Facts

This store soldt disabled husband and alternator for over 400 with core. It went bad less than a year later and we swapped it and it's bad again. We go to swap it again and they said it was limited lifetime. They sell these to people on a limited income and don't even care at all they don't explain when they sell them. We've done business with advanced since I was a kid but I won't ever buy from them again. They should not sell something that tears up that often but to outright lie abour the business they do? They just lost a customer that been one from being a kid whose dad refused to shop anywhere else. Very disappointed in the shady false ways they did business.
