I came in with an item to return I had purchased on card. I asked the clerk to return it back to the card and he refused to do so because "cash is easier". The return policy says returns should be to the original payment method. It's a minor thing, but annoying because the worker directly went against my preference (and the return policy!) and now I have to make an ATM trip to have the cash in my account.

Very new and clean. The employees are sooo helpful and really go out of their way to try and help. They even had people that didn't work there but obviously knew the ones that did, and they even helped me. I don't know much about cars and they still knew what I was talking about! Very good place for the ordinary or mechanically inclined like me. Lol

Made an online order because it said they had it in stock. Sent my girlfriend to get it just for her to co e home without it, if I wanted it tomorrow I could’ve got it online for 1/8th the price

Terrible customer service stood inside the store nobody greeted me or ask me what I was needing done today

This store has some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. Ricky waited on me, helped me get the wiper blades I needed, put them on the vehicle for me and even told me about a rebate. He was fantastic, I really appreciated his friendly attitude.
