Do not take your car or truck or any vehicle here to get fixed. I have had the worst stress and headache from this place the workmanship they try to send out as done was awful. No communication. My truck literally sat there because there was no employees working please please please look in Anywhere else with this place to get your vehicle fixed. I had to take it to another shop and they’re having to fix what they damaged even what wasn’t damaged when I took it in to get fixed! Very, very, very unprofessional place , If you look at the pictures and zoom in the orange peel is Awful and the dent looked like they spray painted it it was so bad ! The bumper didn’t fit , they got overspray all over the side of my truck DONT Go Here !!! Well it’s making give one star to post but they don’t deser
I would recommend this place to anyone! Amber kept me informed with the progress, answered any question I had, just to sum it up, SHE IS AWESOME!! They had my vehicle ready when they said, despite the snow/ice storm we had. I am very happy with the way my vehicle looks! Thank you all SO much!!
They replaced my rear corner panel on my off white truck and blended it in so it looks like new and you can’t tell it was ever damaged.
Can't say enough about the excellent work Renfro's in Berea, Ky did on my car. Everyone there was knowledgeable, friendly and went out of the way to see that my car was repaired above my expectations. Definitely recommend them for all auto body needs.
Work was done to perfection. Always eager to talk to you about your vehicles updates during my whole process
