I needed a turnsignal light. I asked the associate for help, needed a tool 8mm socket or adjustable wrench, he said you need to buy it. He was not lending me the tool. So I left. The associate had a scruffy beard.

Some of the staff at this location need customer service training. I think its very rude that I was standing in line and one of the persons behind the counter just leaves and goes out front without even acknowledgement that I was standing there. I have bought a lot here over the years the visit today is my last time. Also, if you are going to have a "service dog" for the staff in the store, that a real service dog is trained to stay in their place and not bark at people coming inside, right?

Came in with an old battery. There were 2 associates standing behind the first counter, neither one said a word to me when I walked in, they both just stared at me holding the battery like it was my job to address them. .Finally I said something to them and they're response was ..oh you want Chris? Like I'm supposed to know who that is. I just want a battery. . Not a thank you, appreciate you. Nothing.

Just like all the other Advance Auto's except so far, I've not had to wait on parts to be ordered.
