My truck alternator went out at 9 pm on a Thursday traveling through town. I called them at 8 am and they had replaced it by 10 am. Very professional and very kind. I'm very grateful for the folks at Mike's.

They are very personable, knowledgeable, trustworthy & affordable. They always do great work on our cars. Appointments are probably best but they also can work with you to get your car in & back on the rd as soon as possible. You can get the simple things done here as well. Your oil changed ,a WV State inspection etc.

They fixed only what was needed just as we had asked them. No padding the bill with unnecessary work. How refreshing is that! Very pleased with Mike’s Mufflers.

They got me in same day to check my brakes. They checked them and found nothing wrong. I asked them to help me install my wipers so I could pay them for something since they were so helpful. They also wouldn’t let me pay them for that. Really nice guys with no pressure sales.

260.oo bucks for a oil change and tire rotation on 2017 f250!?!?!?!?ARE YOU KIDDING ME!?gates charges half of that I will NEVER have any work done by mikes EVER again!THATS JUST STRAIGHT UP ROBBERY!!!
