I had a great experience at the Advance Auto Parts store on Easton Avenue in Bethlehem, thanks to Joshua. He was extremely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. He greeted me with a smile, explained everything clearly, and went above and beyond by helping me install new windshield wipers on my car. His professionalism and positive attitude made the visit easy and pleasant. Excellent customer service—Joshua is a real asset to this store!

Joshua was super helpful! He tested my batteries in my f-450 we found out one was bad. 1 terminal on the good battery was really badly corroded so we both cleaned it and put the anti-corrosion stuff on it. Definitely earned my five stars

Very helpful and friendly store associates. I noticed it was a popular auto service related store. The associates were taking care of the customers with real care, wiyos listen, try to help, or suggest. It takes long to serve a customer, but that's what care is. So need to be patient on the lines to them. Great store.

I bought a new battery for my Chevy and had it installed by Andrew! He was extremely professional, going above and beyond to assist me. He tested my battery, showed me on the machine that it was failing, located the part and installed the battery, all in about 20 minutes!! The store was a little short staffed (it was Christmas Eve Eve) and his co-worker jumped in to cover the register even tho he was assigned as a driver. Their assistance was invaluable to me and I’m extremely grateful they got me back on the road quickly and safely!! Thank you so much Andrew. I hope you get a good Christmas bonus and a raise…you more than deserve it!
