Came in and Mason greeted us with a smile and a pleasant welcome. He also helped us with finding exactly what was needed for my car so much it was down to the T of exactly what was needed for my car. Also showed us the deals and what would be good for us. Gave us the pros and cons even extra detail I never knew and was glad to hear. Thank you so much for your help and great customer service bc I almost didn't come in there just bc every time in the past I've come in there it was always a problem, no help or never had anything working or charged (like their car diagnostic machine). So thank you Mason you are the reason we will be back and thank you advanced auto.

I've been coming here for years, and they always take care of me above and beyond the standard customer service. There's this awesome woman who is my absolute favorite. Her name is Dee, and she is so genuine. I'm mechanically challenged, so she always takes the time to answer questions and explain things in simple terms I can actually understand. She gives me confidence that I'm getting the right thing and not wasting money on stuff I don't need. I'm totally coming back when I can afford the Flux Capacitor. She says it's not on in current inventory, but she can still get me one. It's like ordering off menu. Thanks Dee and Advance!
Mason was beyond helpful to me today. He went above and beyond what I was expecting when I walked in. He was kind. He was thorough. He explained things very well. I will definitely be coming back to this location to get any other parts that I might need in the future. Mason was awesome!
