I went to this location on 1/18/2026 to grab some oil for my car.. upon walking in the manager (white woman) was screaming at an employee (black male) while I understand her concerns under no circumstances should anyone be subject to such behavior from a manager. She was yelling, screaming, and cursing at him. I did not appreciate witnessing such an interaction nor do I believe it to be effective. On the upside, the other employee gave me great information regarding the oil that I purchased. I do hope that manager gets grip or is eventually removed. She was extremely inappropriate.

I recently went to this location and had a great experience with one of the representatives. He was professional, patient, and provided amazing customer service. However, I could sense some hesitation on his part when assisting me with certain things, and it seemed to be related to how his supervisor might react. When the supervisor, a white woman, arrived, I observed her hovering very closely over the employee (a Black man) as he worked. The interaction came across as uncomfortable and unnecessary, especially since he was clearly handling his role well. The dynamic was off-putting to witness and didn’t reflect a supportive work environment. They usually have everything I need, and they will work with you to get stuff they don't carry. They got me cheap tires ($90 ea) other places wanted $1200.
