I connected with Kara about getting a generator, and she was incredibly helpful. She and Tim had driven over 80 miles to pick up generators for their stores and the surrounding community. That level of effort says everything. They were knowledgeable, straightforward, and made sure I got what I needed without any hassle. I truly appreciated the extra work they put in to serve their customers. Highly recommend this location.

Today they were a great reinforcement for shopping online. I went in to get brakes for my car (they were running a deal on pads if you buy rotors). Rotors weren't in stock, and alternatives were offered. The problem was that the rotors they did have were either lower tier or not the right brand to get the discount ($62 off). I was happy to wait for them to come in, so I asked for them to be ordered. "There's nothing local, can't do that, sorry". Can't even order parts? What? So I sat in the parking lot on my phone and 3 minutes later, not only did I have the exact rotors and pads that I wanted coming directly to my house with free shipping, there was an online coupon that knocked another $60 off! I'll 100% be checking Advance's app before I go back to this particular store. Can'

Great experience all around. The staff was knowledgeable, helpful, and took the time to make sure I got exactly what I needed. Quick service, no runaround, and they actually know their stuff. This is how an auto parts store should be run. I’ll definitely be back.

This is the most helpful and informative parts store I have been to. Everyone was so helpful. Timothy Lancaster did a great job helping my elderly mother in law when she stopped in for help.
