Excellent customer service in addition to top quality wheels. I had a tire shop damage my out of production RS948 wheels. They were able to match a current production barrel and it was at my door 3 days later. I goofed and ordered the wrong width, no problem, just shipped it back and the correct one is on the way. They were super helpful the entire time. I own 3 sets of BBS wheels, one being 30yrs old and I'm so thrilled they're backed up by a great group of people. They will be the only after market wheel I buy for the rest of my life.

I had an issue with one of my wheels from a car I just purchased. I was missing 2 bolts on one wheel. I left a message when they were closed and got a call back early in the morning! If forgot the guys name that called me but he was super helpful and I bought what I needed. The response was faster than the veterans administration! They should take notes. I will only use BBS from now on and will share my great experience with others! Thank you!

Unbelievable Customer Service...got a dent in of of my rims and needed to replace it. Was having issues finding the same rim online. I emailed BBS sales a picture and told them what was going on...within 5 minutes of sending I got a phone call and they had identified the rim and helped me place an order for the new rim right there. I initially emailed BBS USA's contact to get part numbers for several wheel components/accessories I was looking to replace on my set of BBS SR's. Robert Way from BBS USA was incredibly quick with their replies and answered all questions and concerns as well as put together my invoice for all the parts I needed.
