One call to Kim and her driver delivered our supplies with quickness. Ivy is extremely rude. Michael followed Suite behind her. I am so sick of going to this store and dealing with poor attitudes. She didn't have a name tag on, so I am assuming her name is Ivy. I heard another employee call her by name when talking about another customer that had just left. She didn't see me when I came in. And they thought they were alone. Ivy was speaking I'll of the customers. Not nice.

Very pleased with the service I received. My sales person was very understanding of a subject that I knew very little of. He asked me a lot if questions, trying to help me with my problem. I was very satisfied with my visit to Advance Auto Parts.

I’ve gotten parts here that I’ve installed and a couple of times I e had them swap out a battery. Every time the staff has always been friendly and helpful. They’ve never seemed too busy to help my automotive challenged mechanic self out, be it looking something up on their computer or helping me find something in the store.
