TCR Towing and Recovery

I called today, on christmas day, and a lady answered. I ran out of gas on i20 just across the alabama line. She offered to bring me some gas free of charge without hesitation, but she would have to drive a little over an hour to bring it to me. I have no idea if she told me her name, but a business like this rooted in moral correctness, and selfless service deserves a 10 star rating. To the lady who answered the phone, you have no idea what type of positive impact you made on my heart today. And I wish you blessings wherever you may go.

I was stranded on the highway at 5:00 a.m. with my 3-year-old and 5-year-old on the way to daycare. It was cold, and I agreed to a $200 tow because my priority was getting my children out of the weather. After the agreement, I was called back and told it would be an additional $20 to be dropped closer to home. Changing the price after an agreement—especially in a vulnerable situation—was unprofessional and disappointing. I would not recommend this company.

Doc in Heflin, AL was a lifesaver and so friendly! He took care of us when we needed a tow in the middle of the night off the interstate. He was prompt and provided great conversation during the ride to drop off our vehicle.

Hands down the best Towing Service we have ever received! We are a Trucking Company based out of NC and had an event where we needed a tow. TCR did an outstanding job with communicating and billing us fairly! We were not taken advantage of by them like most towing Companies try to do nowadays! I would definitely recommend them to everyone!

Broke down on 1-20. My driver was wonderful. Offer cold water and good a/c. He was so nice to talk to on the ride home. If I am ever in trouble out that way again, I know who I will call.
