Let me be very clear — this store has good employees, but Gilbert is a liability. Bryan used to help me and he was excellent. Professional, knowledgeable, and actually willing to do his job. Luis is decent and will step in to help when needed. Gilbert, on the other hand, should not be in a customer-facing role — let alone calling himself a manager. If you walk in needing something simple like an engine light check or battery test, be prepared to be treated like you’re bothering him. He consistently acts irritated, dismissive, and inconvenienced by customers asking for basic services the store advertises. I had a check engine light on and went in with a few questions about my car. One of the commercial guys Gilbert scanned my car for me and helped me find the codes. He was able to get me the part I needed and recommended a good auto shop. Turns out he was right and I needed an 02 sensor. He also recommended an emissions cleaner and thanks to his help and I was able to pass inspection. My check engine is still off!

Thank you! I was in need of wiper blades and did not know how to change them. It was raining outside and i did not think they put them on but Guilbert volunteered to help me and came out in the pouring rain to put them on for me.
