From the person who answered the phone when I called, to the woman who walked me to their restroom, to Alex, who tested and installed my new battery… all A+. Seriously, what a relief to have them test and install a new battery and help me keep going along with my day. Very kind, helpful people there!

Michael is absolutely fantastic and really understands great customer service. Incredibly pleasant and professional. I would return thanks to Michael. On the other hand, there was a woman with brown hair and middle aged who was, in my opinion, totally rude. I went in nicely asking about a battery and this woman actually said to me “ I don’t care and am too tired for a conversation.” Seriously?

This location made my day!!!! My battery was completely dead, and I hauled it from my dead truck to the store on my skateboard about a half mile. It was minutes before closing and the staff was about to lock up. The closing guy, still took care of me, helped pick a battery and was super cool about helping me last minute. He was a life saver in a stressful situation. Especially considering it would probably be two expensive Uber, if I had to wait till morning. Thank you, so much.
