I usually have issues with the manager here, these people told me I had a “limited” lifetime warranty when I know for sure the 400 dollar part i bought has a 2 year warranty, I was forced to go to the other store because the manager here couldn’t put in a transaction number himself. Any other AdvanceAutoParts is recommended not this one.

My car was saying that my key fob was not recognized so I was afraid to shut my car off while heading to a soccer coin drop that my granddaughter was having. I ran into the advance auto parts with my four-year-old granddaughter while leaving my car running in the parking lot.😳 the man behind the counter was extremely helpful with telling me which batteries to buy, and he also put the battery into the fob for me! He was extremely helpful and friendly!

This place is amazing I called today to speak to someone about the battery I bought there and if they able to replace my battery with another battery and Autumn the girl that answered the call was so nice and professional she walked me through with all my questions and I really appreciate how kind and professional she was . Great job Autumn your customer service shows you care for your customers if I could give you a 10 I would .

Went there yesterday & was greeted by a worker, Miguel! I had no idea what to purchase or how I was going to get my door fixed. He took the time to find the right part and come out to see what was going on! He fixed my door for me & when I tried to tip, he refused to take it! He saved me so much money cause it was only a screw in the door that wasn’t clipped in right, and if I had taken to dealer they probably would’ve taken advantage and charged an arm & a leg!It is hard to find a person as valuable and caring as Miguel! Thank you Miguel for fixing my door in a matter of minutes and getting me back on the road!

Had everything I needed in stock. Polite service, but understaffed. When i get my axels done in 2 weeks or so I'll see if the line is the same due to only 2 employees (especially on holiday) 1 on break at that. The line was about 6 or 7 people by the time the man reached me. They did know my parts, good stock, knew what i was asking for great hours! Reasonably priced as well! I'll return, but 5 stars if they have at least 1 more person to work when busy
