I will never shop at Advanced Auto Parts again. With the exception of Maya, who was super helpful and professional (and deserves a raise/promotion), everyone I encountered there was super unprofessional, rude, and not helpful at all. Especially the manager, James. I ordered front and back brake pads and rotors for my car buy then before opening the boxes found out my car had other issues so instead of fixing the car, I opted to trade it in towards a new car instead. The new car is not compatable with the brakes and rotors I bought so I decided to return since their return policy says I can return to any Advanced Auto within 45 days. This should have been easy, but when I went there I was told their system is only showing that I purchased one front rotor and one back rotor each and not two

The guy behind the counter at the West Side advanced Auto was working by himself today and just one driver to deliver parts and he was very busy but he was doing a great job I'm keeping everyone happy and patient. I think his name was Lee but I'm not sure. That was today Monday. I purchase a lot of cleaning products from there and also a lot of paint Plus the hi temp red paint for the calipers. The prices are good and lifetime warranty on most of the parts that you buy. Never really had a problem with them other than a tool that I wanted to rent and it was not in at the time. Otherwise the Westside Advanced is pretty great in my opinion

Waited all day for confirmation an online order was ready to be picked up. Called the store and told it had been picked. I never got an email and was told they called. No messages on my phone. The associate sounded like she couldn’t be bothered assisting. Not even a sorry for any inconvenience. Terrible customer service.

I previously purchased full brakes and rotors at AAP; rotors had a limited lifetime warranty. When I asked about it, salesperson told me I would have to bring the brake pads in to get the warranty. The other sales person said applying the warranty was discretionary, but the other guy said he wouldn't do it because his boss wouldn't allow it. I don't know what the warranty would have covered, but the sale was worth $500÷ and he wasn't worried about retaining a customer. AutoZone thanks you.
