It was my wife’s birthday and I was out of town and the van battery died. She was able to get friends to take her to this auto parts store where they promptly replaced her battery and cleaned her terminals back to almost original condition. Thank you so much for the fantastic service and quality installation! I stopped in and found out the man’s name who helped my wife was Al. I have added pictures to further demonstrate the first rate installation of the battery . Al should get a bonus for his valuable commitment to customer service that few people today demonstrate!
Yolanda and Kaitlyn are the reason I shop at advanced auto parts and not the store across the street. Their customer service is above awesome. I can’t thank them enough for the service that I’ve received in the past 30 minutes. I will continue to use the store.
