This is my go-to auto parts store in Buffalo. The manager is fantastic and truly cares about customers. The team is friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help me find what I need.
Austin is the man. Yesterday I stopped by Advance Auto Parts to swap a battery and Austin absolutely impressed me. When supplying tools I had not brought, he noticed oil in my air filter—something I never would’ve checked—and explained it pointed to a head gasket issue. That heads-up was huge. He was professional, honest, and broke it down in plain English with zero upsell. Thanks to Austin, I can address a serious problem before it becomes an expensive disaster. Outstanding service—I’ll be coming back because of him!
