Advance Auto Parts

Went in to replace my headlights that have a one year limited warranty. I had the receipt and the lady, (what a peach she was, NOT) her name is Michelle, told me she could not warranty because I had the wrong ”receipt” because the store mananger gave me the store copy, but yet she could find the headlights underneath my account number…. So I just said whatever I’ll purchase new ones, when she then began to ask for my number for warranty, I paused and looked at her and said you got to be kidding me. She then ask me to leave the store. Very poor customer service. This is just my first complaint. I will be calling corporate tomorrow morning when they open. Unacceptable

I bought the lifetime windshield wiper warranty. I have been back to this Advanced Auto Parts store twice in 10 days. To have wipers put on, both times they told me their system was down. Would not suggest this Advanced Auto Shop to anyone. Terrible service. They told me to go to another advanced auto parts store.

I am beyond thankful for not just this Advance Auto Parts store, but for the 2 gentlemen that assisted me. Anthony who helped me with my battery purchase - he explained everything in simple understandable terms, and answered all of my questions. And Mateo who made the time to install my battery for me! Both of these guys acted with prompt and diligent professionalism, and I will forever now be a customer due to them! Thank you Mateo and Anthony! You guys turned my car dilemma into promise!

I spoke with the store manager my biggest issue is that they have items listed incorrectly and they do not fit because of their Mistakes I'm the One being hurt unfortunately I will taking my business elsewhere most likely Auto zone I work hard for my money and I don't have $50.00 to throw in a crate in hopes one day I buy a car to fit the headlights you sold me by mistake good By Advance Auto

It's 2022 and they don't price match online? purchased a $500 Es6000 Jump Pack for my roadside business. The Manager on duty was a racist and kept making remarks with racial under tones. After 20 minutes of trying to find the jump pack he out of nowhere states: "You can't return this" , "There are no refunds". I let it slide, but then as the hispanic employee is cashing me out he tells him he's not allowed to cash me out and has a white guy cash me out for no apparent reason. I guess he assumed all minorities steal? I own my own business and deal with customers EVERYDAY. I would never treat my customers like this let alone another human being, especially one who is spending $500. This is the reason why online shopping is taking over because people don't wanna deal with rotten human beings
