Go somewhere else. I’ve drive here twice in the last two weeks and they were closed and locked up during posted ops business hours. Even when they’re open they don’t have what you need. One star review is being generous

I walked in to the store and was immediately greeted by Shenna, who was incredibly helpful and professional. I needed quite a bit of help and she went above and beyond to assist me. She installed my new car battery and new wipers for me, all while entertaining me and with just such genuine kindness. She got me in and out quickly and was overall just a lovely human. I won’t shop anywhere else and will be a customer at this location from now on!

Stopped in today to purchase wiper blades for my husbands truck. They’re difficult to get off and back on and staff refused to assist when asked because “it’s drizzling rain.” Returned the wiper blades and went to another auto parts store who were more than willing to help change out the blades. This was my first and last experience with this particular Advance. I went here other Advance stores have always been very helpful but this one isn’t and the staff was very unconcerned that I returned the wiper blades because I couldn’t get them on.
