Worse customer service we have experience in a long time We walked into an empty store with 4 employees sitting behind the desk Not one of them said Hello. We said Good morning and got no reply one of the employees made eye contact so we explained that our car was having some battery issues he went outside tested the the battery and told us we needed a new one we asked about battery trickers he took us to where they have them gave us a quick explanation and left us there. We said Thank you to No replies and left but our car didn’t start and we forgot the charger at home so my husband had to go back in and ask if they would give us a jump one of the employees without even looking us said “No is a liability”. The gentlemen, that helped me in this store Mr. Sharpe was absolutely the best help at a parts house that I have ever had. He went above and beyond the Call of Duty to help me in a time of need. As i'm a truck driver and a part on my trailer broke down, he helped to get the part to me. This is a awesome, awesome experience that i've had with Mr. Sharpe and wish that so many other places that I go into would perform services like this. Young man did kudos keep up to good work. And to the management that reads this post.I do hope that you will give him a raise in pay for the care and concern, he put into addressing my needs.

Do not go to advanced auto parts if you need ANY kind of assistance! Per Store District policy! They cannot help you determine battery you need for key fob. They cannot instruct you on how to open key fob either! 2 nice but helpless customer salespeople in store. At least they could give good directions to Batteries Plus. I recommend you do not not waste my time on Advanced Auto Parts.

Was looking for air shocks absorber and FLOYD answer my call I didn't know what kind I need and he didn't know ether untill he get to look my truck, so I show up he came outside and look under truck like a mecanic , impressed by his work ethics, he went above and beyond trying to help me out, and at the end he solve my problem and he got me the right product I need it . What a great service he provided to me. That's what I call customer service satisfaction.
