Where do I even start with this place? The cashier clearly has no idea what he’s doing and kept asking his coworkers for help. Luckily I knew exactly what I needed. It took forever to check out seven items, and he had to ring them twice because he wasn’t paying attention. No one seemed to care to help him until I had to get their attention myself. Avoid this place unless you know exactly what you need.

I’m sorry to share this, but I wanted to provide feedback on my recent visit. When I stopped by to purchase a couple of wipers (since installation is advertised as free), I was assisted by a counter staff member named Tita R. Unfortunately, she didn’t seem willing to help. She mentioned she was the only staff member present and wasn’t sure when others would return(she said maybe 1pm or 7pm I don’t know), and her tone made me feel as though I should leave—even as another employee entered through the main door. I value your products and services, but this experience was disappointing. I hope management can offer additional training or support so staff can better assist customers in the future. Otherwise, I may choose to shop online next time to save time and avoid frustration. Thank you f
