Needed a battery , the young man that helped, was very helpful and informative. Took the old battery put new one in real quick. I was starting that old car and on my way. P.S. he was very pleasant! I've been using them since they opened years ago.

I have been to this location a few times, since it is nearby. I was impressed by Avery, who has been my GO TO guy! He is professional, helpful, knowledgeable and he understands Customer Service at a high level. I hope, John, I believe is his manager...see's this review. Just wanted to give him a great review because he definitely deserves it. I have been in customer service most of my life and I am also a consumer, obviously...but Avery is a great example of Customer Service in real life. It's just really good to know that there are people who still do the job and do it correctly and with a smile. Thank you for all your help, Avery.

Jon was a great help he checked the voltage on the battery and alternator and told me I needed a new battery and help put the new one in no trouble at all and it was quick and easy and he also helped find the correct engine oil for my car 10/10 would most definitely come back to this site if all employees work like he does

It is what it is. The company, as a whole, should reach deeper into their pockets, hire more competent staff, and pay the current staff/managers more money. Make it personal. The staff yesterday were fine. No complaints about them.
