I called the advance store next to target spoke with Justin. He's very polite and pointed me in the right direction.

Wanted to give a public shout out to Derek H at the Conston Ave location in Christiansburg VA. Derek was a tremendous help last night when we took our truck by thinking it needed a new battery. Derek took his time and explained what he found the issue to be (not the battery). He found the part needed quickly, helped fix the issue and was very customer focused! Definitely will be returning for any of our automotive needs. Such a refresher to find someone in a customer service role that actually enjoys their position, is knowledgeable and willing to help with a positive attitude. Thank you Derek for the good experience!

My daughter's battery went dead while at college. After getting a jump, she drove to Advance Auto Parts store 7230. Stephanie K took excellent care of her. I was very impressed with the customer service and politeness. Thank you, Stephanie, for rescuing my daughter.

The staff went above and beyond to help me with the replacement of the passenger side wiper fluid squirter.

I was there on 7/16 and had a new battery installed in my Jeep. Isaac P. helped us out and even though my vehicle is a pain to work on he was upbeat and friendly the entire time. Definitely need more people like him.
