While passing through Claxton, GA recently my wife and I experienced a problem with the engine splash shield on our passenger car. It had broken loose from the front bumper and was dragging the ground and making a terrible noise. Thankfully we were near the Advance Auto Parts store in Claxton. There we met Kirby, the Store Manager, who was extremely friendly and helpful. He came out, crawled under our car and assessed the situation very quickly. It wasn't long before he had us back on the road, problem solved. We highly recommend Advance Auto Parts in Claxton, GA and THANK YOU KIRBY!! The service by Kirby was fantastic! Jimmy & Kathy Taylor

Friendly guy on duty but not very knowledgeable. He needs MUCH more training. I use this store weekly, everyone tries to be helpful. A+ for effort.

I want to personally thank you General Manager JT! He helped my husband (red juke) in the pouring rain to clean his battery test it change it out and then fix it further when a bolt was stripped causing bad connection he went above and beyond in the rain to get my husband's vehicle running and road safe in the middle of a terrible storm and got him home safely from having the vehicle help Thank you so very much Your kindness and help was greatly appreciated especially in such weather conditions and in a world that usually looks and goes thats your problem figure it out thank you for your great customer service and help! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! I would like to say a huge thank you to JT. He went absolutely above and beyond to help me replace my car battery. I know absolutely nothing about cars, so much so that I probably have no business driving one. He went into thorough detail about the different car battery options for my car to help us find the option that would best suit my needs. At no point did I feel taken advantage of or like I was being intentionally upsold. JT also installed the car battery for me even though it was pouring rain and freezing. My battery was so heavily corroded that that my connectors weren’t budging and it took several attempts to remove it.
