This was my first time in this store and I was impressed usually at auto stores it’s just you go in and get out, I was greeted by Maz he asked what I was looking for and even went above and beyond to help me get the right item . I was even assisted by Osvaldo (really cool guy) he gave me advice about my vehicle . Overall, the interaction was great and even the extra advice made my experience easier.
Just purchased a new battery for my daughter in law SUV on line and had them perform the free battery replacement which went very well. The Advance Auto associate Carlos was ready with her battery and installed it promptly. They were respectful and knowledgeable during the interaction. I strongly recommend this Clermont store for all your auto parts needs and service.
Great customer services. Very Professional, friendly and polite staff. Awesome daily deals and items are usually always in-stock. Fantastic rewards program offered. The assistance is 5-STARS. If you need any help inside the store or outside at your vehicle, assistance is always given (Light-quick work of course). Location is great and close to other shopping areas. I just called and of course if you call an auto store that sells parts,youre gonna ask questions..online it says that they install batteries so I asked if they install for my make and model and he appeared annoyed to look it up, he asked me what's the point of my question when I asked if I would get a core discount..The guy appears misserable at what he does,and when I asked for manager..He was the manager!!!😂😂well I dont know how he managed that one..No customer service at all.Just rude and dismissive! You can have a great company but it's the people that talk to your customers the one that will make it blossom or destroy..Pick wisely!!
