They were the only local parts store that had what i needed in stock. I liked being able to order online. Customer service in the store is mediocre but im not a man so thats probably why.
If I keep getting the same experience I would keep coming. They were very nice and courteous. Like they changed my mood. Keep up the good work.
It was refreshing to be assisted by a knowledgeable and relatable associate at the Clinton Advanced. Mary was able to use the proper tools to diagnose my car issue. Mary recommended a more reliable replacement part to have us setup and on our way. I will definitely return to this Advance because of how knowledgeable and professional Mary was to me and my family! Staff is always friendly and helpful. Jose and Tyler are top notch and go out of their way to ensure customer satisfaction.
Excellent service from the evening employees on Sunday January 14th. They guided us with the appropriate tools we needed at the moment. An extensive shout out to Mr. Freddy. He went way above and beyond with helping us with our flat tire. This is precisely what I call an excellent customer service and a kind hearted person!
