I come in here normally to get my oil, and today I went in there around 6:00 p.m.because my driver side headlight was out so I went and asked the gentleman at the counter if he can help me find one ,and he not only helped me find one, but he helped me put it in my car. I'm extremely pleased. He was very helpful.

Put a new battery my car this summer. It's been going dead. Was already at my local garage. They told me battery was shot. So I went to advance today. Were battery was bought from in August. Guy checked it said it was good. I told him it wasn't. Wouldn't help me out at all! Drove back to my local garage. He checked it again. Was bad. So I had to put a $134 new battery in. Oh and also it was the wrong battery to be in the car. Now car is fine. Do not go there for car batteries. They have no idea what they are doing and they won't warranty the junk they sell you. Very disappointed in the service.

Just had my battery replaced at the Columbia, Pa store. Wayne and Jacob made it incredibly easy to get me on the road again. They were quick to assist me by testing my old battery (battery tester is right up front where everyone can see the results in real time), found me the right battery, and even took off the nice handle of the old battery and I installed it on the new one. These guys at this particular store are always incredible! Go see them!

The customer service at the Elizabethville store is the best I’ve seen. They went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. Management is awesome and provided superior service. This is my store of choice going forward. Thanks!
