Advance Auto Parts

I stopped in Auto Zone because of construction. Instant regret. After the guy at the counter was completely unhelpful and I wasted 15 minutes trying to find what I needed myself, I walked out and battled the construction to go to Advanced. The guy at the counter was phenomenal. He looked up my vehicle to make sure the size tool i was looking for was correct, walked me to the tool and went over both brands with me, made sure I had everything else I needed and had me out the door in like 5 minutes. I'll happily battle construction to go back to Advanced for anything I need.

While road tripping through Nebraska, trying to make it home, I ran into some car issues. Alex E and Steve were extremely helpful and kind. They went above and beyond to make sure I was back on the road again safely. I’m very thankful for them! Thanks a million!!!

I had to walk to the store to get apart to get my car running guy sells me a fuse rather expensive that doesn't even belong on my car doesn't match my car there is no spot for something that even looks like this on my car turns out something entirely different so I go to take the part back okay doesn't even show up under my phone number apparently he didn't use my phone number and I have the receipt so now I'm stuck with the part is pretty expensive I really don't like advance Auto anymore

Bought 2 deep cycle marine batteries a year ago. This spring, I charged the batteries and took the boat out to check everything out. The trolling motor shut down after 10 mimuts of use. They checked out as fully charged. But the store couldn't do a load test? If you sell batteries, you need to be able to do FULL TEST on them to see what the problem is. Will not buy batteries there again. New batteries from another source and everything works fine.
